1. Order Processing: All orders placed through our website are processed within 24hrs. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

2. Shipping rates: The shipping costs are determined by the weight of the parcel and the destination. Add the items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping information to calculate the shipping costs.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to make sure your fruits arrive in the best possible condition. We offer standard ground, express, and overnight shipping.

4. Delivery Time: Your shipping method will determine the delivery time of your order. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, express shipping takes 2-3 days, and overnight shipping takes one business day.

5. Delivery Area: We ship nationally at the moment. We currently do not ship internationally.
