Tecoma stans is a species of flowering perennial shrub in the trumpet vine family, Bignoniaceae, that is native to the Americas

Water Tecoma plants deeply about once a week. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between watering. Fertilize Tecoma plants with any organic fertilizer once in every two months.

A very bright light is required, up to 4 hours of direct sun per day. It is best to grow on a southern or western window. When there is a lack of lighting, the bloom is weakened.
